Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026
Hayne respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This policy explains what we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used or shared, and the choices available to you.
01Information we collect
We may collect account information such as name, email, phone number, securely hashed password, role, status, and verification details. Provider applications and profiles may include business details, services, cities, contact details, images, working information, languages, and coordinates.
02How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, improve, and personalize Hayne; manage accounts and provider applications; respond to support requests; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations.
03Sharing and public profiles
Provider information selected for a public profile may be visible to visitors. We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate Hayne, and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
04Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, disputes, and security.
05Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, update profile information, and contact us about privacy concerns at [email protected].
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Hayne changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
Website analytics
Hayne uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits, campaign performance, searches, provider profile views and contact-button clicks. Contact clicks indicate intent, not completed jobs. Google Analytics records search terms after length limits and checks for obvious email addresses, phone numbers and URLs. These checks cannot identify every kind of personal information; please do not enter private information in search. Custom events exclude verification codes and private URL parameters. Meta tracking is restricted on pages whose URLs may expose personal information.
