01Hayne’s role

Hayne is a discovery platform for local services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Hayne does not provide, supervise, employ, control, or guarantee providers or their services.

02Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use Hayne lawfully. We may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.

03Provider profiles

Providers are responsible for accurate profile details, services, qualifications, availability, pricing, communications, and compliance with applicable laws. Applications and profiles may be approved, rejected, restricted, or removed.

04Customer-provider arrangements

Customers and providers arrange pricing, timing, scope, payment, warranties, and service performance directly. Hayne is not a party to those agreements or payments unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise.

05Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; impersonate others; interfere with the platform; or attempt unauthorized access.

06Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Hayne is provided on an available basis to the extent permitted by law. Listing does not guarantee a provider’s identity, quality, reliability, availability, qualifications, pricing, or outcome. Users should exercise their own judgment.
